They do the whole house so clean better than I could do. Shower tub walls floors crown molding my blinds I highly recommend them

Sometimes vacuuming is not great and very random patterns are left on the carpeting. Also (depending on the crew) crumbs, etc. are left on the carpeting near furniture. This doesnâ  t occur each time so it likely depends on the crew. It would be helpful to have the same crew each time.

The Cleaning Authority of Cary comes to clean my home on a monthly basis.They always leave my home clean and sparkling. It even smells clean! They don't miss a thing so that when I walk through my house afterwards, I can only say under my breath, "thank you!!" My team of Marlene and Maria are especially amazing!

This is my 3rd cleaning and I have had 3 different sets of cleaners, they all did a wonderful job!!

Nick and Margaret are fabulous. They get the pesky doggie drool stains off my hardwood when they come in. Super professional team

Friendly people who do an excellent job

Amber and Delilah did a great job, as always. I have been a customer of Cleaning Authority Cary for several years now. Very few issues over time. I trust them completely. Only minor problems....with the company, not the cleaners. A lot of turnover, price raises every year, and some difficulty with communication with the office.....although that has improved greatly over the past year .

I thought the cleaning team was efficient, very pleasant, and attentive to any questions I had. the only reason I have not yet given them a 5 rating across the board is that this visit was the first. Thus I want to see how good the consistency of their work is over time. I will review again in the future. I would highly recommend them so far.
