Jade Development Inc

Ended up parting ways with Company for a variety of reasons. Did not use a contract with wording required according to state laws. Permits were never pulled. Used subcontractors who were working with Jade for the first time. Subcontractors were not paid for all work completed and advised Jade Development was not available for questions and did not know current building codes. Hardwood floors not installed properly based on information from 3 other contractors I've called in to fix. When remodeling the bathrooms subcontractors were told not to update any pipes behind the wall when exposed as I wouldn't see it. Subcontractors were also used to remodel owners condo and were asked to complete that project delaying completion of my work.

Jade was very unproffessional. He never completed our punch items. In addition he instructed his plumbing sub contractor t,o unknowingly to us, place a cheaper inferior tub in our house although we paid for a more expensive tub. Not sure how he can look at himslef in the mirror. Usually people like this dont stay in business long!

Our punch list consisted of five items. Each item was completed in a timely manner without any inconvenience to us. Greg's subcontractors are courteous, professional and always leave the work area spotless. I have called Greg several times with minor issues after the house warranty expired. He always returns calls, answers my questions and has even stopped by to fix the issue.
