Called Cambride Exteriors to get an estimate on replacement windows and they were accommodating in setting up an evening appointment. Brad showed up on time and was polite. He did the measurements and answered all of our questions about their recommended replacement windows as well as the installation process. He stated he would email us the estimate so I provided our email address and phone number. After about 2 weeks with no estimate, I called to get an update and was told it takes them up to 4 weeks to put an estimate together and that I should hear something in a couple of weeks. I called back 3 weeks later and was told I should be getting an email “in the next couple days” but it has been 3 months now and I haven’t heard anything. Every other company we had out for estimates provided them within a week. I can only assume they were not interested in the business after coming out for the estimate and decided to no bid it. I am dissappointed because Cambridge would have been one of the final 2 I would have decided between based on the Angie's List reviews.

After an initial less than stellar response, Cambridge came through and I am actually having more work done by them. I'm not sure if it came from the response to an Angie's List post or a professional choice, either way Cambridge is alright with us.

Cambridge was able to work nicely with my insurance company and offered a good price for the work done. There were a couple of items not completed up to standard by some workers that were quickly corrected when brought to the attention of the manager. My only complaint is that part of the gutter was not replaced that should have been. However the gutters are no longer manufactured and in short supply. Cambridge had many jobs going on so I had to wait for awhile before the work was completed. Overall they were a very good company to work with, did a good job and corrected problems quickly.

.they were very prompt and very thorough they made drawings of where the water was getting in and I was very please I felt confident in their abilities, very honest.

The job went very smoothly. They finished the entire job in about 4-5 hours. Clean-up was efficient. A job well done.

Overall very good, did a good job avoiding any damage to plants, had a guy actively cleaning the entire time to keep things in check. Worked very well with insurance company and managing the payment process.

They did a great job. I really like the way my house looks. They were punctual. They were friendly and professional. They did a really good job cleaning up.

They had to return to fix another skylight problem, and they were very kind and professional people. They were priced very fairly. I highly recommend them.

We were very happy with them. We were missing a screen when they were done, which we didn't notice right away. We called them and they came back to put it in. We haven't had any problems since and we are pretty happy.

CALLED ME BACK IMMEDIATELY (LONG DISTANCE) EVEN THOUGH HE DOES NOT DO THE TYPE OF WORK I NEEDED.
