+ -1 moreExcessive rain made the scheduling difficult, but BMC installed earlier than originally promised and agreed to. Some issues came up with continuing excessive rains and Bill came back and made some adjustments and put up a silt barrier to keep blow off from our neighbor's property, without our asking. Extremely friendly, professional, and a pleasure to do business with. We highly recommend!

+ -1 moreAll things associated with their work were good. The only downside is that they are so popular that you will not get same day service. Other than that, everything was as expected.

Description of Work: I got BMC's number from the manufacturer of a septic aeration system in a home I just purchased. The alarm was going off and another septic company couldn't figure out why. Instead of blindly ordering and installing parts, I contacted Bill. He was extremely polite, showed up as scheduled and within seconds figured out the problem and fixed it. Not only does he know what he is doing, he wouldnt even charge me for his time. I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone looking to install a septic system or have questions on one previously installed.!!!
