Everything was excellent....the communication, ease of working with them, value, and especially the workmanship. They replaced the glass in several windows which had become foggy due to bad seals. While at our house during the initial estimate visit, I showed them a patio door with rotting wood. A few other people had told us that our only option would be to replace the door (at a cost of around a couple thousand dollars). They took a quick look at it and said "we can fix it--that's what we do". They took the door apart, and fabricated new wood replacement parts--they are real craftsmen. They even stained and painted the interior / exterior. Would definitely hire them again.
