"Customer rented a home, upon moving, they broke some glass in a very old storm door. I looked at job, and determined glass replacement would be more expensive than installing a new storm door. Renter agreed, said they would keep the old door for the owners who wont return for another 6 months. I installed new storm door, and left the old one on the side of the house. Renter met me after completion, paid me and as far as I knew everything was fine. She then left the review with 4 stars for quality. Since I strive for perfection, I called her asking if anything was wrong with the installation. She said no, and so I asked why she gave only 4 stars for it. She said it was because I left the old door, and she had to carry it to the garage. I said that if she would have asked me to move it, I would have. She said she was in a hurry, and it didn't occur to her. She modified her review to 5 stars, but then added the comment on communication. It was not my communication that failed. I left the door for her as she requested."

I was very impressed by how quickly we were contacted after I posted. We heard from him immediately. He assessed the problem and had a solution. We had all the weather striping replaced on our three sliding doors. He fixed all three doors, quickly and they look beautiful. I would recommend him.

Mr. Prien called about 20 minutes after I posted and was at my house in an hour. He is very knowledgeable and a reasonable price was agreed upon. My replacement glass is being delivered today, two weeks after he came out. I will use this company again if need arises.
