They did not seem interested and at the time the temperature was below freezing during the night .. they did not respond professionally and offered no assistance ... Very disappointed! It vist us out of pocket for services they were supposed to provide ...

Description of Work: These people were amazing. I called, they had a cancellation, they came to the house, fixed the problem, and left.

Description of Work: Couldn't be better to deal with. Install as promised. Charlie actually gave me a used (but still working gas furnace) that I hung in the back of my shop (garage). it's been 6 years now and it is still working like a champ. Keeps the back at temp within minutes. It's probably a little over sized, but beggars can't be choosers. My thermostat went belly up and I spoke with Pete, he said if I wanted a WiFi thermostat, I could buy it cheaper from Amazon that he can even buy them for. I appreciated his honesty. He even offered to install it free for me if I wanted him to.

Description of Work: My A/C went out and my gas furnace was very old as well (had a very bad looking flame). I had Charlies replace both the A/C, Furnace, and coil. This is the second furnace and A/C I have purchased from Charlies. |For the A/C, they moved the compressor and added a breaker box on the outside of the house. They come out twice a year to inspect the A/C in Spring and Furnace in the fall. The cost of this was inclused in the initial cost of the units, which I didn't even realize. They call me to arrange an appointment and are always very flexible. The guy is always there on time (or early). Another company I got a bid from, said they would quiet down the miving air in the ducts by putting some S bends by the return duct grill. When I asked Charlie about that, he smiled and said he could do that too, but doesn't recomend it because your system does not operate as efficiently. Couldn't be happier with them. I've used them now for over 25 years. My "free" PM's are almost used up so I guess I'll start paying them to come and inspect. Have not had a single failure since we've been doing the regular inspections. Great company to do buisness with. If you want more specifics, feel free to call my cell at 618-534-1758.

Description of Work: They do annual check-ups. Helped me get the furnace back on after a power interruption. They have also done a couple other things.
