Great. Single owner worked fast and accurately. The whole job was completed in about 4 hours. This is the second time we've used him and we'll definitely call him again for our plumbing needs.

The sink started leaking. The "tail piece" connecting the sink drain to the drain pipe had corroded in half. We picked Flowers because he was local. In our area of Illinois, it's very very difficult to get a plumber. This time it was different. First of all, he answered his phone. A real rarity. He explained he was on a job and would try to get to us that day. Amazing. Well, his job went over and he didn't make it. He did, however, call me back (Amazing again) and told me he would get out. He called me when he was on his way and arrived soon. He came in the door with parts in hand. The job took about 10 minutes. The sink didn't leak. The price was reasonable. $48 for the call and $14 for the parts. I told him about an in-line water heater I bought 6 years ago. I haven't been able to get anyone to install it. He advised me that we can set up an appointment at MY convenience and he'll install it. Yay! It's a real good feeling to know that we have a plumber who we can call with a problem. His father started the business and they worked together for quite a few years. Recently, he bought out his father. He knows what he's doing and I recommend him.
