Windy City Climate Control

I needed a new heating vent under the house. Carlos came and sized up the job. He went to Home Depot to buy the parts he needed. When he came back, the job took about fifteen minutes and it was well done. I highly recommend him.

I have never had a response to a service call that was so quick, within 5 minutes. I explained my AC problem to Carlos and he told me he would be out within the hour and he was. I was so thankful he was able to fix my problem quickly. He was polite, professional and you can tell he takes pride in his work and in taking care of customers. I am keeping his number and will be recommending him to others.

I had Carlos out to the house to install a thermostat. I can't speak highly enough about his promptness, professionalism, knowledge and value. I cannot recommend enough. A good guy doing good work.

I thought he did a very thorough job diagnosing. He checked all the electrical components thoroughly and the entire system too. I am a disabled industrial service technician who has worked in similar fields, but he definitely knew more than I did! Awesome service by Windy City Climate Control!
