I contacted Mechanical HVAC at 8:30am to schedule a same-day appointment for my air conditioning unit. The individual from Mechanical returned my call twenty minutes later and said that a technician would arrive around 10am and no later than noon. As the call was nearing its conclusion, I said, "you'll need my address". He said, "just text it to me" before getting off rather abruptly. I sent him a text message with my address and received no confirmation. Noon soon passed and at 1:30pm, I began calling to determine when I should expect the technician. There was no answer. I called a dozen times between 1:30 and 3:30. Each time, there was no answer, it went to voicemail, and I wasn't able to leave a message because his voicemail was full. I sent another text message imploring him to return my call. Nothing. No one from Mechanical ever showed up and I've still not heard back. This company was extremely unprofessional, unreliable, and utterly disappointing. It would, by extension, make me question the quality of service had it been provided. Truly disappointing. I'd caution anyone from using Mechanical.

Our overall experience with them has been excellent. We feel like we got a good deal and are very well satisfied with the furnace. He comes when he says he is going to come, and is very presentable and very friendly. I think I paid $1200 for the furnace. I thought that the price was excellent because I?ve checked other ones since and he was not over-priced at all. I would rate him highly and would use him in the future, if necessary.
