+ -1 moreIt went very well. We love our bathroom, and Jon was, as always, a pleasure to work with. John did everything but the plumbing and electrical. He was great at communicating issues as they came up (our house is 100 years old, so sometimes you don't really know what you're going to run into until you start opening up walls) and working through solutions. He is a very talented carpenter, and his tile work is amazing. He is very clean, considerate, and extremely professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Jon.

Description of Work: Remodeled Kitchen . demod to the studs, rewired, relighting expanded Family room New Wood Floors, New plumbing, Re modeled Bathroom demoed to the studs. New tile shower new tile floors new plumbing. Very meticulous and precise worker. Fit his schedule around ours, would definitely hire again and again.

+ 1 moreIt went very well. Jon is very professional, does amazing work, keeps his work site extremely clean, is accurate and upfront about timing and costs, and is pleasant to work with. The work was done on a house that we had purchased to rent out. The other folks that were working there (the painter, plumber, and electrician) all commented positively on the quality of Jon's work as well as the ease of working with him. We got his name from a friend whose son had worked for him on a few jobs and took a chance. We could not have been happier with the outcome.
Description of Work: Jon gutted and remodeled two bathrooms and a kitchen. He also did major repairs to the interior of a garage that was rotting throughout. In the bathrooms, he did everything but the plumbing; this included a beautiful job with ceramic tile. In the kitchen, he removed a section of wall, built a header in the new opening, gutted the remainder down to the studs (replacing the rotted ones), put up new drywall, and installed a laminate floor. In addition to the bathrooms, kitchen, and garage, he also replaced/repaired trim in many areas, installed doors, and did countless other tasks that come with rehabbing.
