+ 0 moreJohn was able to give an estimate the same day, and was prompt for that and each day that he showed up to perform the work. Also very easy to contact and quick with responses. He did an outstanding job on everything. The final kitchen looks great, the cabinet and flooring installation went very well. One of the cabinets was damaged in shipping, and John was accomodating to install it when the replacement arrived. I would certainly use Heartwood remodeling for future projects.
Description of Work: Complete remodel of kitchen. Removed and disposed of old cabinets, countertop, and ceramic tile flooring from kitchen. Painted walls and trim of the kitchen. Installed new cabinets including installing cabinet handles. Installed laminate flooring and trim. Replaced 2 electrical outlets. Installed new lighting above the sink under the cabinet. Connect dishwasher and sink to plumbing.

He did all the work promptly and had to run to several hardware stores to find the correct bathtub faucet replacement. He is in the process of giving me an estimate to replace hot water hearter and to rebuild the sub-floor below it...and to tile that area. Very helpful in suggesting where to get tile and which water heater brand to purchase. John is always helpful, courteous and professional.
Description of Work: Repalced bathtub faucet, fixed magnetic catch for vanity door, installed 2 smoke detectors and secured shoddy connection to my Direct TV connector box.

+ -1 moreJohn arrived promptly for the estimate of work done. John needed 2 visits and was on time for both appointments.He was professional, courteous and friendly. He did need 2 visits to accomplish all tasks...some pieces had to be glued and viced. He noticed my one roof shingle was loose and he fixed that as well. It was a pleasure to have him in my home and I'm truly grateful for all those tasks being done. Great to have someone out there I can call when things need fixing! His hourly price is very reasonable.
Description of Work: John removed/replaced/repaired closet door, sanded/repaired 2 bedroom doors, enlarged hole in shelf, hung 3 window shades, repaired roof, repaired wobbly lamp, caulked hole in kitchen wall near tile, removed/replaced wall holder for TV and removed old mattress from shed. He also removed/replaced screen in Pella sliding door so I could wash it.
