Description of Work: Repaired leak in bathtub faucet on first level to basement floor; replaced utility tub and copper tubing/faucet and aligned drains from appliances/water softener nicely into the tub. Hooked up washer, provided information on maintenance of water softener. All around very helpful with our new home!

Nothing was done, too expensive.
Description of Work: I called to get an estimate of fixing a leaky hot water valve for the washing machine. I had sticker shock when I was told $535.00 to replace both valves. When I said I could not do it at that price I had to pay a $79.00 service call. On their page on Angie's List it said free estimates.

Mike came out to investigate a relatively substantial leak in one of our bathrooms, and a minor leak in the second full bath. He determined that the leak in the second bathroom was not coming from the pipes, but from the hook-up. There's nothing to be done about this leak unfortunately. The first bathroom, however, has completely corroded plumbing (our house is VERY old), that Mike agreed it needed to be completely replaced. The scope of their work includes removal of all the current galvanized water pipes and cast iron waste pipe, and replacing it all with PVC and copper piping. They also added an additional shower head in the shower. Mike was on-time and very professional. He wore little shoe booties to protect our floors, and was very honest in his assessment of our situation. Great company to work with. Highly recommended.

They were on time and did the work. I think it took them maybe 15 minutes to get the job done, but they charged me before they had done the work. It was such an easy job, I think their price was excessive. Their truck was disorganized, and it took them a while to get everything ready to do the job.

THE PROJECT MANAGER EXPLAINED THE JOB TO ME AND RECOMMENDED WE NOT GET A BUILDING PERMIT. WHEN I GOT A PERMIT FOR KITCHEN REMODEL A YEAR LATER, I HAD TO HAVE THE A/C REWIRED BECAUSE THEY SAID IT WASN'T DONE PROPERLY.
