 + -1 moreReferred by third party found on Angie's list(Recon, Inc.). Took over 24 hours for initial visit from Wheaton Trenching. After an outside inspection, they did not contact me until I called to check progress. A second visit to site the next day included an inside inspection and a short discussion about the process of estimating and scheduling a work crew. The rep promised a response ''As soon as I return to the office''. I was never contacted again. Called the next day and told them I was looking for a new contractor, and did so.
Description of Work: Waited over 24 hours before representative visited site. A second visit the next day, with a promise for an estimate and schedule later the same day. After waiting another day and contacting by phone for 3rd or 4th time, still no estimate. Called and told them they had 3 hours to respond with estimate and schedule for on-site work before I called another contractor. Still no response. Hired another contractor that day, and work was completed less than 24 hours later.

 + -1 moreCAME OUT AND STARTED WORK THE SAME DAY I CALLED, LEFT AREA JUST LIKE THEY FOUND IT. VERY HAPPY AND WOULD RECOMMEND .
Description of Work: EXCAVATING OF TRENCH TO REPAIR BROKEN PIPE FROM THE HOUSE, REPLACED 4" PIPE.
