Description of Work: The technician used machinery and cleaning products to clean up our unfinished basement floor after the floor drain had backed up an inch or two of sewage-contaminated storm water during the June 30 heavy rainstorm. The price was a little high (by prearrangement--no surprises) because the technician had to move several heavy pieces of furniture to access the entire floor. Good job--the floor looked much cleaner and the bad smell was completely gone. Would have rated the job 'A' overall except the price seemed a little steep.

They gave me a range of estimates depending on how long the project would take and it turned out to be lower than expected. Everybody was pleasant and friendly. They were wonderful.
