 + -1 moreDue to other emergencies, my appointment time of 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. was moved to 3:00 - 5:00. They called to let me know but it was just before 1pm when they called. Luckily I was going to be home during the second window of time so it all worked out in the end. The plumber had to removed a good chunk of drywall in my ceiling to access the pipes to see if they were the cause of the leak. He tested the shower and toilet in my upstairs neighbor's bath to try to recreate the leak. There were no leaks in the pipes. He told me that the leak was definitely caused by my upstairs neighbors. He suggested that I leave my ceiling open for a couple days just to see if there were anymore leaks and if there were they would come out free of charge to take a look at it. He took the time to discuss his findings with both myself and my upstairs neighbor. There were no further leaks further proving the plumbers assertion that it was caused by my upstairs neighbors. Overall I was pleased with their service.
Description of Work: Provider removed drywall in my guest bath to find source of the leak that caused quite a bit of damage to my ceiling.
