Soooo much better than I would have expected. Our tech, Rojo, did a great job helping me understand how event happened, as well as other helpful tips to properly maintain our house (we are from Texas and didn't have a basement, so wasn't experienced in what to do). Great professionalism coupled with compassion.

Jesse Partida was awesome! He evaluated the area, explained to me and contacted my insurance to make sure they also understood what work needed to be done. Work started on 3/16/15 and was completed 3/18/15. Jesse stopped by to check on progress, as well as, answer any questions I may have. Very personable. Got the job done quickly, too! Highly recommend! (Note: Services are paid directly by my insurance; therefore, I do not know the cost of service.)
Description of Work: Sump pump failed and flooded most of basement floor. Removed carpet, removed wet wall sections, dried area with industrial fans, dehumidified and sanitized.

This water damage was discovered early in the morning (around 5am) and, once we contacted Puroclean, they arrived almost immediately to help! Puroclean explained to us in detail the extent of our damage, communicated with us throughout the process (what was being done and WHY), and cleaned up extremely well before leaving. The representatives with which we worked at Puroclean were very prompt, professional & respectful and I would gladly work with them again and recommend them to anyone needing these types of services!
Description of Work: We had water damage that affected the basement of our home. Puroclean came out (almost immediately) and did the work necessary to clean, dry & disinfect the entire living space of our finished basement.

He has done work for me and many of my clients. The basement was spotless after they cleaned up. He is very professional. The thing that stands out the most is that he is a small businessman and he cares. It took about a week to clean up the fire mess. I do recommend him to my customers.

Steve arrived within an hour of our call to inspect the area in question. He was very professional and explained what we were seeing and how to treat the problem. He seemed knowledgable, honest and very interested in assisting us with our problem. It turns out our issue wold not require major remediation and was something that we could remedy on our own. He even took the time to explain who to address the issue and where to get the materials.
