MOBILE GLASS SERVICE

We used Mobile Glass in January 2012 to repair one fogged window. Since then we accumulated quite a few more so we had Brian come to our house for a quote. His quote was $600 less than another company (the other company did not come out - instead had us send the dimensions of the windows.) Each time Brian came to the house he called to let me know he was on the way. He is always friendly and courteous. He and his partner worked very hard and got a big job done quickly. The glass for the patio door was bowed (potentially something that occurred during the tempering process) which made seemed to throw the door out of alignment so it was hard to open and close. I called Brian and he ordered a new piece of glass and came back to replace it. The patio door and all of our windows are great!

I called and set up an Appointment to do two Screen doors on 1. He never showed up and then called an hour later. Stated that he had an accident and would call me back in two hours to set up another Appointment. He never called. On Monday 11/4/13 I called him and after three attempts he returned my phone call , I asked him why he did not call back and if he did not want to do the Job , please let me know so I can find someone else. He told me that maybe I better find someone else to do the Screens. This is a terrible way for a company to do business.0/31/13

Brian arrived on time - he even called ahead to let us know that he was on schedule. He installed the replacements quickly and with the minimum amount of interruption. Brian is great to work with, very experienced and very professional.

Sent an email via Angie's List to see if they could repair a patio door and cost, I included my phone number so he could call me if he had questions or prefered. NO REPLY ... no response via email (yes I checked my junk mail) and no phone call or message. Oh well, I will move on to someone else who wants ny business and money.

Brian provided a competitive quote and did the services exactly as expected. I'd highly recommend him for any glass or screen repair work.

Brian was on time for the estimate and install visits. He patiently provided an education on windows, and was honest about the possible outcomes (my first warranty replacements were installed in sashes that were the wrong color. Brian suggested contacting the manufacturer for glass only, saying there was a very high likelihood of breaking the new glass removing it from the new sash). When Brian and Jeff came to install the glass, I had mistakenly told them on the phone there were only three panes, when four actually needed to be replaced. They reworked their next two appointments so they could get the additional glass installed. They did a great job, we will use them again.

Brian was very responsive in coming to measure windows and providing the quotes. He performed the job exactly as promised after waiting to have the glass units made and delivered which took a couple weeks each time. He knew exactly what he was doing and completed the work quickly. His price was no more than originally quoted. I would not hesitate to call him again and would highly recommend him to others.

Had a hole of undetermined origin in the outside part of my (expensive, custom stained) insulating window. Called Brian, he came out and gave me an estimate. He said it was his busy season, it would take a while to fix the window. Returned a month later, replaced pane in the window. I did not have to re-stain the window frame, did not have to leave the window at a shop - he replaced it in my garage. Had window out for about 20 minutes. Estimate was exactly what he said it would be, and other than the new pane being dramatically cleaner than the other windows (my sloppy housekeeping) you can not tell that anything was done. Great job.
