Very happy with the service provided by Octavian. He is clean, professional, quick and provided very competitive price over others. One thing you need to keep an eye on is the exact details of what is included and excluded in the estimate. Octavian gave me a detailed paper in the beging but I did not pay attention to all details and because of that I ended up paying like 30% more original estimate. But that is merely my mistake. I highly recommend Octavian for your next painting Job.

Octavian was the first to call us, and came right away to give us an estimate. His estimate was the lowest and it i included Benjamin Moore paint. We had him paint the wood fence that surrounds our yard and a shed. They power washed and scraped off the old paint, then applied 2 coats of the best all-weather paint. It looks fabulous! Inside, we had two baths, the master bedroom and a few ceilings painted & some borders removed. They worked quickly, thoroughly and neatly, and cleaned everything up as they finished each room. Beautiful work. We're very extremely satisfied!

The painter did remove the wallpaper in quick order. He patched the wall with spackling and sanded it to his satisfaction - not mine. Then he painted over his poorly sanded patch job. I would have preferred that he had sanded more before painting.

Extremely pleased with how this project turned out. Octavian painted a number areas inside my home. I found him to be professional, courteous, and extremely flexible. Not only that, be he was nearly 1/3 less in cost based on competing bids. I do not know what else you could want in painting professional. I would definitely recommend him, and would not hesitate to hire him again for any other painting needs that I had.
