Kurt and Apprentice Rigo arrived exactly on time, scoped out the project, hauled in a massive ladder, divided up the work, and performed in a workmanlike manner. Very neat. Good communicators. We have done business before with this company and find owner Ron Haynes responsive and good to do business with. I was pleased to learn that this crew's next job was at the townhome we are planning to move into at Wyndemere.

The appointment was set up for 10:00 am and was very pleased that they called and said they were running ahead of schedule and asked if it was ok to come immediately. Kurt was very professional, personable, and cleaned up when finished. He answered all my questions and then some. I was so happy when he recommended changing out the remote on the fan because I really hated the old one. Being a senior, I welcomed the senior discount which I noticed other electrical companies did not offer. Any electrical problems or electrical needs in the future will definitely be steered to Haynes.

Ron and his crew were excellent to work with! Ron provided the initial ideas for improving existing lighting in both our family room and kitchen which was complicated considering our volume ceilings and existing fixtures. We went with modern LED lighting which will reduce our electric cost and hassle of replacing burned-out bulbs in the future as well as provide excellent lighting. They were punctual and very professional in accomplishing the project. We would not hesitate to use them on future projects.

I've hired Haynes Electric several times and have always been pleased with their service and professionalism.

My schedule was somewhat flexible but regardless they performed with a high level of excellence. Extremely careful about cleanup. Provided constructive suggestions on locating outlets. Really knew their jobs. The two young fellows that performed my work really worked well together.

I've worked with Ron before over 10 years ago on a project that included gutting the entire house and rebuilding it with an open floor plan. He was the only electrician I interviewed that understood the importance of lighting and flow beyond the actual technical installation. It was such a good experience and I was so happy with his work that I tracked him down to work with this year on an investment property I had purchased. Ron has always been polite, prompt, responsiveness and very knowledgeable about what he's doing and ways to get what I want design wise and save money. I would definitely work with him and his crew any time!

Called regarding this repair on a Saturday morning and imediately heard back from the owner to stop out and give a quote. He stop by later that day, gave us a quote and set up service for Monday. The guys came out as promised, completed the work in less time than was originally thought and reduced our bill. They do what they say, when they promise, and at a fair price.

I spent $1600 on that service. The workers that came out were very nice, thorough and professional. The work was done perfectly to my satisfaction.

From the very start this was a very professional team. Arrived on time, worked efficiently and overall did a great clean up job. . Kim the office contact was very easy to deal with. Ron the owner was very good about following up quickly not only with the bid but also when some issues occurred with the permit. He was also very good about adding some items to the bid that were not originally discussed. Sent his certificate of insurance as soon as we requested it. Overall this was a very good experience with this contractor. Will keep them in our contractor's file for future work.
