Gray's Mechanical

My AC stopped working on one of the hottest days of the year. I called grays and they sent someone out in no time at all. My unit was fixed and back up and running shortly after. I recommend using Gray’s mechanical for your heating and AC needs.

Very fast response time. Very friendly, and easy to talk to. He was concerned with an issue of us not having a filter rack installed. (An issue that other companies never mentioned for eight years of clean and checks.) It took them a few days to find the part, but they did find it and did the install. That installation seemed a little high priced for how quickly the service took, but at least we have the proper rack now. There was also an issue that showed up later that evening. We noticed water on the filter. We called immediately, and he came back as soon as he could that evening, free of charge. He was able to take apart some of our furnace so we could see that the leak was coming from the A/C coils. So now we are looking to replace our 25 year old A/C unit next spring. I really didn't pay much attention to the cleanliness of the furnace until a day or two later. It seemed rather dirty on the outside. I'm hoping that this just happened when he took the furnace apart, and wasn't a reflection on the original cleaning.

My air when out on one of the hottest days of the summer. I contacted Gray's Mechanical and they came out at 7:30 at night to inspect the unit. They found there was a leak. Instead of fixing an old unit we made plans to order a new unit. They came back the next day and installed the new air conditioner. They were very prompt and friendly. I will continue to use their services in the future.
