Description of Work: Scheduled installation on April 26, 2013. Appointment time came, and went. Called and got voice mail. Two hours later got return call saying time got away from them. Rescheduled installation for May 8, 2013. Fromer called night before stating they would arrive between 10:00-10:30am. 11:30am received call stating they would arrive in an hour. I cancelled installation because that did not fit my schedule which had been rearranged previously for them. Contacting another provider who has good ratings on Angie's List.
