We woke up to our air conditioner that had stopped working over night and on the hottest day of the year. We called them to get it working again. They scheduled a service person to come out later that day. We figured it would be a few days to get serviced because it was a Friday and the weather was hot the past two days. We were impressed that they arrived on time. They determined the air conditioning unit to be unfixable because parts were too expensive. Our unit was over 20 years old. We then discussed our options and the cost to replace the unit. They gave us a very competitive price on a new Trane unit and said they could have it in a working by that night, even though by now it was Friday at 5:00pm. We chose to replace both the air conditioning unit and the furnace because they were both over 20 years old. They arrived at 6PM with the replacement units and worked until 10pm installing them both. The service employees were professional and friendly even though they had worked in upper 90-degree conditions all day servicing other customers units and then worked on our installation until late in the evening. By 10pm , we once again had air conditioning in our home and enjoyed a peaceful and restful night with our A/C working again. We felt Elite Air's employees placed us as customers first, did not take advantage of our situation and did what it took to make us happy customers. We were impressed with their willingness to work late on a Friday evening. They could have put off the installation until the next day or even the following week, which would have been convenient for them, but they chose to put us first. We highly recommend them.

Great Service! They sat down with us and went over all the options on the size systems that would work best for us. He addressed our concerns about our office that never seems to get hot enough or cold enough and even offered some solutions using our existing venting. They also gave us all the details about the government rebates that were available and how to take advantage of them. Other companies that quoted us did not make us aware of that! After we decided on a system he walked us through everything they would be doing and all the options. They came out the next day and installed everything, took our old system and showed us how to operate the thermostat. A few days later I had some questions about the thermostat and they came out right away! I would highly recommend Elite Air Our furnace is still running great, no problems at all.
