Great service

The dumpster was actually the nicest dumpster I've ever seen. Very, very clean, freshly painted.

E & J had the lowest price that I found along with the best customer service. They assisted me in finding the right size dumpster for my project, gave me tips on who to contact to ensure it was ok that I had a dumpster, and had it delivered next day. They advised that I give at least one day's notice to pick the dumpster up, but when I called to tell them I was done the dumpster was removed in 2 hours. Definitely recommend them.

Don't use E and J Disposal. I used them for a 15 yard dumpster for a home renovation and it was a big mistake. Dumpster went into a parking space, however, they pushed the dumpster into a parking bumper cracking it and destroying it. Individual dropping off the dumpster did not do due diligence in inspecting that dumpster was properly within specified boundaries. Driver left the dumpster as is. I was never notified by E and J Disposal that this had occurred and had to find out on my own. I called the owner and he immediately gave an attitude. I advise all not to use, owner was very unprofessional on the phone. I do a lot of business that requires dumpsters. I will advise all businesses that I work with to spread the word.

Rented a 15 yard dumpster. Given cost of rental and any additional fees before renting. Dumpster delivered on time and picked up when requested. Pricing was competitive with other venders. Dumpster in good condition. I would use this company again.

They were great! Able to deliver the dumpster the same day. It seemed like a relatively new dumpster. The driver was very nice and advised a great place to put it on the driveway.

E and J came out the same day we called -- !!! -- and put the dumpster right where the residents wanted it. When we filled it up, they came and picked it up the next day. They also had the smallest sized dumpster of all the companies I called, which was good, I was looking for just a small one. They have larger sizes as well. Great service, great price. Can't be better.

We called on a Thursday for a dumpster delivery on Friday to haul away materials from our recently flooded basement. They were able to drop of the dumpster the next day (or even that same day!) and we had it for a week. The person who answered the phone was patient with all of my dumpster-related questions, and being a new homeowner, I had a lot. They were punctual, professional, and it was a lifesaver to have a dumpster in our driveway for a week.

I was closing on a rental property that I was selling and one of the tenants left a huge amount of garbage. I needed a dumpster delivered the next day in order to be ready for the walk through the following day. E and J delivered the dumpster exactly on time. We called that night after filling it up to have it taken away before the walk through and they came again, on time, and picked it up. The new owners had no idea how we accomplished the cleanup so quickly. E and J was wonderful!

Very efficient to work with. They were able to drop off the dumpster with only a day or two notice (can't remember but it was quick). Dropped off right on time and their driver put it exactly where we needed it in the driveway so that we could still park both cars on the other side and allow guests have access to the front walk. Also came to pick it up 1 day early when we were ready early.

I coordinated this project from out of town (cleaning out parents house after a death). Eand J was patient and responsive to a couple of changes I made on-the-fly via the phone. One change was via voice-mail the night before delivery of the dumpster, asking for a much larger one. The next morning a larger dumpster was delivered as requested. Because I had to get this large job done within the 3 days I was going to be in town, everything needed to happen precisely on schedule and it did. The drivers were polite, helpful and courteous. The first driver agreed to take items I had not told them about ahead of time. Because of other scheduled truck pick-ups, I needed the dumpster located in just the right spot. The second driver (delivering the dumpster) understood, and cheerfully and competently placed it right where it needed to be.

THEY DROPPED OF ON TIME and PICKED UP THE DUMPSTER WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD.
