 + -1 more-My car had been disabled in my garage since the 4th of July. On Sunday July 6 I sent an e-mail to Dupage Auto and Truck Repair reporting the disablement and requesting them to reserve time the next day Monday for a roadside assistance and towing service call to theis shop from my home to their shop. I told them I needed the car back to keep a doctors appointment at 2.00pm on Monday. I was thoroughly surprised when the owner Fred Zobel showed up in a tow truck (with a grandson tagging along for the ride) on a Sunday towed the car to the shop and returned it the same day Sunday and left it on my driveway with car keys and an invoice in my mail box.. His shop was busy on Monday and he did not want me to be left with a disabled car for another day. There was no special reason why I expected to be treated in this manner but this way Fred treats all of his loyal customers. I have been using his service for years. Clear case of a Good Samaritan at work. Highly recommend Dupage Auto and Truck Service to Angie's list customers.
Description of Work: Extraordinary Customer service by picking up my disabled car in my garage on a Sunday of the weekend of July 4 towing it to their shop and returning it the same day chargning me only $95 for the service and $188 for the repair
