 + 0 moreWent to showroom to look at floors. Approached by helpful salesman, seemed to be knowledgable. Asked for an estimate on flooring for our large basement room. The first time he was scheduled to come by to measure and give the estimate, he didn't show. Gave him a second chance and he was late. Spent about 30 minutes measuring, then NEVER SENT A QUOTE. Nothing. Nada. Didn't call or follow up in any way. Very unreliable
