+ -1 moreI gave Bob the specs of the job, but he came unprepared for the requirements and couldn't start. No biggie, things happen I thought. He promised to get what he needed and call to reschedule - but no call for five days. I call him back and he says he'll call me back shortly - again, no call back. I call him the next day and he just doesn't bother answering - and certainly no call back. Clearly he didn't want the job any longer, but instead of just saying that he blows me off. Very unprofessional.
