+ 0 moreEverything he did was excellent. Their work was excellent. He told me he put a mold retardant in the paint, I appreciated all this. He was always on time, very neat, and clean. Did a good job. Do not remember job cost.
Description of Work: He powerwashed mold from the outside of the house and did a thorough job. Scraped and painted everything, took the shutters down.

+ -1 moreTHE QUALITY OF WORK WAS EXCELLENT. THEY WERE VERY THOROUGH. THEY CAULKED ANY CRACKS IN THE WOOD TRIM, PRIMED THE WOOD AND APPLIED TWO COATS OF MILDEW RESISTANT EXTERIOR PAINT.
