The service was on time, professional and the workmanship was good. They did a little damage to a small water line and neglected to tell us. By the time we noticed it, we had a mini-flood in the basement. They were reluctant to accept a coupon we had. They pointed out that the small print stated the coupon needed to be presented beforehand. Maybe I'm just suspicious, but I really doubt the value of coupons with that stipulation. To their credit, they DID honor the coupon.

Derek came out and did an estimate about the work needing to be done, he was quick and thorough and work actually performed matched his original quote. He was great about going through the options for my gas fireplace and made a candid recommendation based on my needs. Had to wait for Spring to be able to make the repairs needed and install the new set-up, but A1 followed-up in a timely fashion and got me on the schedule. Derek handled the repairs and installation of my new fire island and was quick and professional throughout the appointment. Would definitely recommend him, and will be using him for the regular maintenance.

He Inspected and Cleaned 4 Chimneys and did a great job

The tech Will was extremely professional and after inspecting our chimney, he showed me photos and gave me a detailed explanation of how the repairs would be completed along with the cost. After approving the repair, Will had taken pictures after the repair had been completed. Excellent company with a caring individual who made this process easy. I would highly recommend their services.
