He was very thorough in explaining exactly what he was offering me for my fireplace conversion and a new cap. I have glass doors ordered and otherwise, he is done with my project to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend him to others.

Love love love the service technicians we had here today. Not only were they professional and knowledgeable they were very clean and neat. The area that was serviced was kept protected and cleaned. The gentlemen checked everything out and changed all the old embers and a And fiberglass. Our fireplace looks brand new and they spray painted it to make it look wonderful. We are extremely pleased with the company and will be using them again in the future . thank u will and marcus!!

This was the one of the easiest and nicest ways to find a competent service. The company called me back in less than ONE MINUTE!!!! I am not kidding! The whole process of booking took less than 5 minutes. They came when they said they would, did what they said they would and charged what they said they would. How refreshing!

I hired A-1 Safety Chimney for a regular cleaning of the fireplace and chimney. Two guys came - very nice and professional. They did a great job cleaning - were very neat and clean - and quick. As part of the service, they do an inspection and found problems with the flashing, as well as a missing chimney cap and a crack in the crown. They showed me pictures of the problem areas, and it was easy to see what needed to be repaired.

I didn't copare prices, but the person who did the work seemed to me to be straight up and knew his business.

They were great, top of the line. I hired them for additional work as well. I really like the service.

Anthony was the spokesman who descried what repairs he would make and gave me the cost of each item .. Mike did the repair of the firebox and installed the glass reflection package .. they were both professional and careful while working in my home.

A-1 Safety Chimney service put a new cap and storm collar on my chimney and refurbished the chase pan. This work took them 45 minutes. I am embarrassed to say I paid them almost 1400 hundred dollars for this work. I have had 2 other companies come out and inspect the chase and cap. The cap and collar are not properly installed and sealed. The refurbished chase pan has a thin coat of what looks like spray paint. The rust clearly shows through on the photos. I paid over $600 for this refurbishing (and almost 800 for the collar and cap). It would have taken me maybe 20 minutes to do the so called refurbishing with a can of Rust-Oleum. Also, I cannot believe a cap and storm collar can cost 785 dollars. As I mentioned earlier, the work on this took 45 minutes, so the labor costs could not have amounted to much at all. This is work done as quickly as possible for as much money as possible and is not a long term solution to keeping moisture out of my chimney. It seems that A-1 is banking on the the customer not being able to figure out what is going on. I am waiting for a call back from A-1.
