They were very good. We were satisfied with them, yeah I would recommend them. They took pictures of everything so we could see pictures of the top of the chimney, we had a new chimney cap put on. I thought they were very thorough, it was costly but the work was necessary. They came when they said they were gonna come and they were courteous and informative.

Chris and his assistant Marcus arrived as scheduled and were here for about 2 hours. When I lit the fireplace a few days later the flame seemed uneven (more on one side than the other). Christ and Marcus came back, removed all the gas logs, and Chris put a sealer of some sort on the ends of the rack holding the logs. It solved the problem. My fireplace looks great and has a nice flame. My terminology is probably not the best. There's warrantees on products ranging from one year to lifetime. Chris and Marcus were neat, however, there are drips on my driveway and sidewalk from the sealer that show when they're wet. Can't be avoided? As far as the price, so much was done and I didn't get any other quotes so I have no basis for comparison. Chris took before and after pictures of everything which was very helpful.

On time, very professional. They found several legitimate issues that need to be addressed with the chimney on the house we recently purchased. Most of the items I was aware of, but they were able to see a couple items that I could not see from ground level. Very thorough inspection.

It went well. They cleaned up well, you wouldn't know they were even in the house. Other issues were discovered and options were given as to how to go about addressing them.

I was pleased with their service and thoroughness. In the inspection they identified numerous cracks in the external brick but was unable to schedule repair before spring.

Work was done properly, but tried to sell us fireplace gravel and embers at exorbitant prices and did not offer alternatives. Would hire again for service calls.

I can't say enough good about this company and especially their technician Mark. Apparently the previous homeowners were told that the gas line to the fireplace had been shut off and it was not used for several years. Mark was determined to find out if that was true and discovered instead that the line just needed to be purged. Once he figured this out, he had the fireplace cleaned and working right away. He also cleaned the dryer vent out. We were so happy with his work that we decided to have the fireplace refurbished. Mark and his assistant Mike came back and did a great job! It doesn't even look like the same fireplace. We were also having trouble opening and closing the doors, and Mark took the time to correct that problem. We will definitely call this company every year to have an inspection and cleaning performed.

I felt a strong sense of being upsold immediately over and beyond the services for which I paid thru Angie's. Honestly, how does one know if the chimney seal isn't adequate without climbing up there. I had him take pictures but would anyone besides a chimney pro know this? So, I added that on. Then, I was told my house could go up in smoke of I didn't get a $310 piece that goes into the fireplace. I declined. Looked online and it's available for $50.The men were very efficient and friendly but I felt hustled.

Derreck and his helper John were great. They went over all the details and what's needed and what they can do. All the work was done professionally and the results are phenomenal. They sent befor and after pictures as well.
