Description of Work: The gentleman that came out was very knowledgeable and was very honest about the repairs that I needed to have done.

Description of Work: They cleaned my chimney and repaired the cap. They were thorough, professional and did a great job. They took before annd after pictures and went through all the details step by step with us. I would recommend them 100%.

I am very happy with their service and would recommend. Date and cost were not listed above because I did not have the information convenient when I filled out the survey.

Description of Work: They inspected and cleaned the fireplace. Checked the chimney for cracks. Also advised us of a service that would be needed in the near future. They were on time and completed the job within the hour. Cleaning the fireplace is a dirty job, but they came prepared and cleaned up the mess.

Description of Work: They were clean, professional, warm, patient, punctual, flexible, and quick. I'd use them again but the price was high for the materials and amount of work done, I thought, though I could be wrong. The epoxy they used is more noticeable on the chimney than I had thought it would be, but I still appreciated the epoxy option. They repaired every issue that we had brought them for and one we didn't know we had, but that they pointed out and repaired. I would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: They came to inspect my fire place and chimney in a recently purchased home. Mark was extremely informative every step of the inspection, will need to order a custom chimney cap, in the meantime James looked at another chimney on roof top and was able to fix it on the spot. |They were friendly, kind, courteous and went above and beyond the initial inspection. The world would be a better place if there were more people like the two of them.

Description of Work: I originally had them come out to clean and inspect the Fireplace/Chimney, unfortunately, they found several issues. They did a nice job of showing me the pictures they took of the issues and explaining the repair options. The cost seemed expensive but I felt it was best to have them complete the repairs now vs waiting to get more bids.
