Outstanding service. Emailed to request a quote on Sunday night and we had an estimate by Monday and as soon as we approved the estimate, they started on removing the trees. My wife and I had also done some clean-up of smaller trees and yard debris on our own and Flynn's disposed of it for us for no additional charge. All of our work was completed as soon as they were able to get Julie to come out and mark utilities. After the trees were removed, they did a great job cleaning up the yard and you could hardly tell we had trees removed at all. Hard-working, professional, pleasant and prompt. No complaints and will definitely call again or refer to friends for any future work.

They showed up on time; friendly and professional crew. They did a great job trimming the trees and arborvitae hedge (did not remove more than needed) and cleaned up all debris - leaving the yard where they worked looking immaculate.

Like clockwork. They came as promised, did a great job and cleaned up when finished. Workers were personable and thorough. They even removed debris from our roof that was unrelated to their trimming.! I highly recommend Flynn's Tree Service.

I couldn't ask for better service, performed with efficiency and professionalism, in a timely manner, leaving no mess behind and at a reasonable price. I actually never saw them do any of the work since we communicated so well over texting and email.

Zeke did exactly what he said he was going to do. We had a fence and houses that were close to tree, but none of it was damaged at all. My yard wasn't destroyed either. I will use these guys again, even though the price was higher than most. They do quality work.

Great! Zeke and the crew (4 guys) actually were at the house sooner than expected. Not only did they bring down the 20 yr old Ash with dispatch and professionalism they raked up the leaves and sticks and carted them off as well. The side yard looks great. They trimmed the Maples in the front & back yards better than I was imagining. Did this all in about 35 minutes. We would definitely call on Zeke and his crew again.

Zeke Flynn and his crew deserve 5 STARS! After I asked for an estimate Zeke called me the next day--in the evening as I had requested. He told me he would come by the house and take a look. I told him to come when it was convenient for him. I did say I might not be there, and would he please leave an estimate either on the porch or in the mailbox. When I came home the next day, the estimate was in a secure place on my porch. The estimate was even itemized! When I called him back to tell him we would like the work done he was very professional and accommodating. He told me the company was scheduled up to three weeks already but, if time permitted, he could do the work at my home (a smaller job) sooner--if I didn't mind them fitting me in when they could. This was not a problem for me, so I agreed. A couple days later, Zeke called and asked if the timing worked for me, which it did and the trucks and wood chipping machine rolled in! The job they did was perfect. The whole crew was professional, personable, and highly skilled. They cut up all the larger tree limbs and cleaned up all the branches and limbs. I was so happy to have the trees away from the roof and the overhead wires. Zeke exhibited a great deal of knowledge about the trees (by name) and where and how they should be cut. The crew worked together as a well-trained team--it was a pleasure--it was like having a yard full of experts! I highly recommend Flynn Tree Service. I made a point of getting business cards for some friends before they left. Zeke Flynn is a rarity in customer service and professionalism, and does excellent work! I will definitely call them for my tree maintenance in the future.

He was thorough, quick, did an excellent job trimming the trees, cleaned it up beautifully, and did little extras that make me want to hire him, again, and again for my tree-trimming work. Excellent service. Don't go anywhere else. Also, locally owned and operated business.

Zeke Flynn responded to my email inqury the same day and was out and provided a free estimate within two days. My request for an insurance certificate listing my wife and I as additional insureds was not an issue. His bid was not the highest or lowest, but was reasonable, and he had great reviews on Angie's List, a good reputation around town and was recommended by friends. Flynn had the insurance certificate within a week and contacted us to schedule a date after JULIE would have the yard marked (which was delayed by winter weather). Two days later, Zeke and crew showed up on-time and was leaving less than 2-1/2 hours later with the job professionally done and the yard racked. Zeke did the job the "old fashioned way" with tree spikes, a climbining belt, and a roped safety harness which he used to swing between branches. He used another rope, manned at the other end, to do controlled drops of branches and limbs that over-hung obstacles below. They were amazing!

Had an ash tree that was lost to the borer. The service was provided more promptly than expected. Tree was removed and stump ground cleanly. No trace of the tree after they left. Would highly recommend.

I agree with the statement other have made about Flynn being "professional". It took 15 months, and 4 companies, to get our tree cut down, Flynn being the 4th. All the companies came to us by personal recommendations. The first company we gave up on after of 6 months of asking for an estimate multiple times. The second company didn't show up for the initial appointment and never contacted us again. After waiting for the 2nd company for a couple of months, we contacted a third company. In January the 3rd company wanted to wait for spring, in April they said they had forgotten about us and would be there in a few weeks, and in July we gave up waiting. Flynn was the fourth. We got the estimate in a day or so, and was up front on when they could get to it. They followed through. Dan Flynn called about a week ahead to give a date and time they were coming, He showed an hour early, some of the crew was there half an hour early, and the rest showed up on time. They did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. The grass did take a beating, but that is okay as it was a big tree. My wife wanted the stump to stay, which they cut off flat. In seeing other stumps, I suspect leaving a flat surface is no easy task. Flynn was the highest quote, but a low quote and broken promises does me no good. I was concerned for a year about a large limb falling, and was willing to pay more for his professionalism.

pretty simple -left a message on their voice mail.Danny came by and checked things over, then called back with his plan . It was about 2-3 weeks before they came . But it was not an emergency. The day the crew came over I was home. He explained what he wanted to do to preserve the tree . They cleaned up well and went on their way.

Again, Flynn trimmed our neighbor's trees. At that time, we asked him to look at our trees and give us an estimate. After Flynn had looked at our trees, he said that he could come back within a week to do the work. We said that would be fine. He did not come back within a week, nor did he call. We called several times over a few weeks' time and he said we were still on the list. Then one day we called and he said he would be coming the next day. We waited around all day and made sure someone was home. He never came and never called to say that he was not coming or apologized that he could not make it So we waited one more day then called and cancelled the job. They just said, "okay." No one apologized or offered to do the work or anything. Flynn Tree Service did the work on our neighbor's trees when they were not even in town so maybe they are used to trimming trees without the homeowners being at home. However, we prefer to be at home in case there are any problems and to give some guidance in what we do, or don't, want trimmed. Flynn Tree Service has signs all over town so some people must be pleased. However, the company was not interested, and probably too busy, to work on our yard.

Have used Flynn for several years now and have been very happy with their service and professionalisim. My trees are healthy and look great. They always clean up well and you'd never know they were even there. Definitely recommend.

I chose Mr. Flynn's tree service both because he was recommended by a landscaping company and because he came out on time, was very nice and upfront with what all was going to happen. He also gave me a price while here and wasn't one of the many who had to go back to the office to think about it for a week or two. The workers showed up the date promised, on time and did most everything Mr. Flynn said they would do. They did miss some roots and, after a phone call, returned a few days later to finish them up. I would have liked it if they had cleaned up a little better, but I'm pretty fussy about things like that. I would hire them again. I would also make sure they did everything I wanted them to do before they had a chance to leave the first time. They had the trees and bushes out VERY quickly and cleanly. The stump grinding (done the next day) is where the mess comes from. The machine makes a mess. If Mr. Flynn can get the guys to do a really good job cleaning up after that procedure, I believe Flynn Tree Service will have many more customers giving him the highest rating on this site. Mr.Flynn's price matched or beat everyone else who bothered giving me a quote on doling the work. The "B" rating on professionalism is for the 2 workers (mainly the older fat one) and not Mr. Flynn. Mr. Flynn was very professional. As I watched the workers do their job, the older heavy guy seemed to do much less than the younger guy and he is the one who failed to get the roots on the only tree for which he ground out the stump. He seemed to "not care" about what he was doing. The younger guy who did most of the work did an excellent job. I wish he had been alone because I believe it would have been done right the first time had he been the only worker.

They did a nice job and were very professional.

I really liked that they didn't put any equipment on the lawn. The experience was excellent. They were very effiecient with cutting down the trees and brought a mulcher to get rid of the limbs. They removed bird feeders and covered shrubs so nothing was damage.

When I ask for an estimate, I expect the best price then. No second chances.

Overall job did not go well. We specifically asked them to hold off bringing large equipment into our yard until things dried out as we had had a significant amount of rain. Job was completed very soon after we requested the work. We were away when they actually did the work, and came home to find huge 6-inch deep ruts throughout our yard. In addition some downspouts were crushed or severed in the process. Cut down one tree that we did not ask to have cut down, and missed another that we did ask to have cut down. We called and let them know we were unhappy with the job, and were told that everything would be put back "better than before." They did come out and put some dirt in the ruts, but it was poor quality dirt and there was no effort made to reseed, etc. Downspouts were not repaired or replaced at all. No offer to reduce the cost, which was fairly expensive. We paid in full and dealt with the remaining damage ourselves, but would never use this firm again.
