Our customers can bring their kits to our store at any time and drop them off in the drop box located near the store entrance. "If I could give a zero I would. They gave us a time to be to us between 7 am - 11 am. Then was told they would come after lunch. It’s almost like and can’t get ahold of them they finally answer and say they will be there at 4. Call at the 3:50 and said technician was in route and will be there at 4. It’s 5 and no one ever showed up still could not get ahold of anyone. Very disorganized and unreliable company to hire."
