Description of Work: A small move from an apartment to a house. I do wish the base rate wasn't so high but I do understand that they are running a business and I wanted a company I could count on.

Description of Work: We recently hired Atlas Van Lines (Mayberry Moving & Storage is an agent for Atlas Van Lines) for our move from Carbondale, IL to Concord, NC. We used full packing & moving services. | |First of all, our pre-move experience was great. Due to some unforeseen reasons, we had to change the move date a couple of times and they were very accommodating (I specially want to mention Brad, the sales agent, for all his help). | |The crew of three persons (Bill, Dave & Rodney) arrived on time on the day of packing/loading. They were courteous and very efficient. The entire packing & loading business was finished quicker than we had anticipated. The next day, we discovered that we had forgotten some boxes that had been sitting in our car. So, I called Atlas. They said our load was still in their storage area and that we could add boxes to it since we were under the maximum weight limit for the move. They picked those extra boxes up from our place a couple of days later at no extra charge. | |Our load arrived earlier than anticipated at Concord, NC (within two weeks) and the crew at that end was also punctual and efficient. | |Overall, we had a great experience with Atlas Van Lines and Mayberry Moving & Storage!
