Harold is very nice however I would not recommend him to anyone based on how my bathroom was left. I chose white tile with black grout. When he left he informed I would need to “wipe the haze” off the tile in a couple hours. I went upstairs to find a complete mess. There was more than a haze. I was up there for 3 hours cleaning and wiping and taking a straight razor to try and clean up the crooked messy grout. To say I was livid is an understatement. I truly wish I could leave pictures to show what I was left. Absolutely looks like an amateur did our bathroom. The grout lines are so uneven. In some places there is no grout. It looks awful. This is second contractor in southern Illinois we have been disappointed with.

I got on Angie’s list and found kingdom builder contractor, and glad I did he did a great job.

A few weeks ago we found ourselves needing to move an elderly parent quickly due to the coronavirus. The bathtub had to be replaced with a walk-in shower. This contractor gutted the bathroom down to the studs and built it back(including expanding and tiling the shower) The shower was made handicap accessible and enlarged. He worked quickly and finished in 6 days!!! We really couldn’t be happier with the finished product or Harold’s professionalism.

Very well. Very punctual and worked on it everyday M-F until it was done. Entire bathroom from the 1970’s gutted and redone from top to bottom.

Excellent work and reasonably priced. We have had him work for us numerous times. He is always on time, courteous, and if asked will offer suggestions. On one job he installed beautiful backsplashes in our kitchen and baths. We look forward to calling him for any future needs and highly recommend him.

Kingdom contractor is a very reliable and well run organization, with impeccable integrity. They are punctual, and get the work done! One of their key strengths is the flexibility in the extent of the project, as well as ability to work in multiple areas of new and existing construction. I have worked with the owner over many years in both home and business construction, and find him to be extremely fair in his pricing.
