Description of Work: I am sure they are good at handling jobs that they are capable of doing. We needed a concrete resurfacing job done. They gave us the impression they could do it, told us they would get back to us with a quote, but we never heard from them again (and we called and left a message). We would have been fine with a return message saying this is something they felt was beyond the scope of what they do. We just didn't appreciate being left hanging. |That said, they were very punctual the two times they did come by. Again, we feel it was more a matter of professionalism than anything else.

+ 6 moreBrad is very cooperative and pleasant to work with. What I like is that his business is TOTAL home maintenance. He maintains my yard as part of that total maintenance, but he goes beyond mow and trim, doing creative landscaping and work on my house. Last year, he responded immediately to my cries for help when my basement flooded; he tested and repaired my sump pump and got that working again. He also resealed my driveway and the work was excellent. I have other jobs in mind which require his carpentry skills and his creative ideas. Brad has experience in home building, and is a "man of all skills." Did I say dependable? Yes, for sure. And he closely supervises his workers.
Description of Work: This last time, Brad did a regular mow, edge, etc., even though yard servicing is only one facet of his "total home maintenance." This month, he has also fixed a leaky gutter, created a shield to keep birds from entering attic ( ! ), trimmed a tree. For spring cleanup, he mulched beds and attended to plantings.
