This company used to be really great. Whenever they mowed they would stop to check in with us and we would know right away what to expect as far as price and when they would be there next. The lawn was perfect every time. Recently the company has new owners and every time I contact them I get more confused with their answers. When they came to cut the lawn the first time, they missed half. Then, suddenly they came again and it looked decent, but we had no idea what was going on. I just called to figure it out and I'm even more confused and the pricing sounds off, though it is supposed to have stayed at the same price. Seriously considering switching.
Description of Work: Mowed and Weeded my lawn.

Description of Work: We scheduled an appointment for an estimate. No show. We rescheduled. No show. We scheduled again. He arrived, and he promised an estimate before the weekend (3 days). We never heard from him again. |We assume they have so much work, that taking on new clients is difficult. |We finally did the work ourselves a few weeks later.

We handled everything over the phone and when I stopped in for a visit I was impressed with the quality of the work.
Description of Work: Performed lawn maintenance on my property which was for sale. We were 600 miles away and had to trust they could keep the premises maintained in our absence. They did a great job and the price was very reasonable.

this has been a terrible experience. i am now out almost a grand and i have a large hole in my bumper (8th gen civic)
Description of Work: clearly cut was the company that mowed at our apartment, until they backed into my car. the owner said he would take care of it and said he had insurance but never would take our calls. after calling from a different phone he said he would meet me in town to discuss they issue. i waited for an hour in a hot parking lot, he never showed up. they are not taking my calls and its looking like i am out the $735 it would cost for a new bumper (as stated on the two separate estimates i sent him) i believe he didn't show up because when he said that i couldn't prove that they hit my car i told him we could compare his trailer to the hit in my car. i would NOT even let them on our property again.
