I wish I could give this company higher than an "A" rating. Kevin, the owner, is phenomenal. He listened and observed the issue that I have, we talked about what can be done, and we are currently working through his plan, and there is absolutely no question that this plan will be successful. Our plan is in the best interest of myself, the homeowner, and in the best interest of wildlife. Kevin is patient, he is a fantastic listener, he is thorough, and most importantly, he knows every aspect of animal removal. He informed me of each and every option that we have, He is a consummate professional, and I appreciated deeply his candid comments and expert ability to discuss my situation in detail, so as the homeowner I am completely involved in what is happening. Kevin will return your calls promptly, and he will work out a time frame that suits your needs. The project was successfully completed in less than a week, and I was completely satisfied with the results. I took an active role in the project, and Kevin worked with me every step of the way. Removing and/or relocating wildlife is stressful for owners and wildlife, and often very difficult decisions must be made. Kevin is compassionate, yet strong, and he will provide you with whatever is needed. But I want to re-emphasize for the benefit of all homeowners, get involved yourself, and learn from the experience so that you will be able to make more informed decisions about the role you play in managing wildlife in the future.
