We are pleased with the service. The sink was replaced 5 months ago, and we have not had any trouble. He provided useful advice as well.

The technician arrived right on time. He lost no time identifying the problem. He replaced the faulty part and had the unit up and running within 20 minutes.

They are prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. He also does work with HVAC. Has reasonable prices and very trust worthy.

Kelly came to do some plumbing work on our sink while we were in the middle of our kitchen remodel (he is going to reconnect the sink and install a faucet for us at a later date - we are waiting for counters to come in). At the time he came to do the sink work, we asked him to take a look at our water heater. We had contacted him about replacing the water heater, and at the time he gave us a competitive estimate of about $970 for the work (very comparable to the other companies we had called for estimates - and we called at least 3 other plumbers about the water heater job, one of which came to look at the water heater before giving us a quote). After examining our water heater closely, Kelly recommended that we not replace the whole unit as we had been told. Instead, he said that it would be worth replacing just the broken control valve at much less cost. He quoted us between $250 - $300 to get the part and install it, and contacted us promptly when the part arrived to set up a time to fix the water heater. He actually completed the work for under the estimate, and did the work in a timely and thorough manner (he sealed all of the valves to ensure that there would be no gas leaks from any area). Now our water heater works great. Kelly is very personable and spends time answering questions. He even showed my husband how to unclog a drain that had been giving us trouble, without any charge! We are so happy to have found a reliable plumber that takes care of his customers. We look forward to having Kelly reconnect our sink plumbing and dishwasher and install our new faucet when our counters arrive.

Overall, everything went great with this company. The crew was very knowledgeable and friendly. They were very responsive and keep in touch with you. The office staff is very fixedly and helpful as well. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

The experience turned out great with them. We did have a few minor problems and they were very quick to respond. They came out and fixed the problem right away on the sump pump. We just recently been having some issues with our water faucet and they are scheduled to come out and look it. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Kelly is a great plumber. He is very respectful and does great, quality work. He stands by his work and will come back to fix any problem that you may have. I also appreciated that he came to look at other plumbing issues in our house when he was working on our bathroom remodel. Some of the minor things, he fixed for free or showed us how to fix it.
