+ -1 moreThe person did not answer the phone professionally and I had to ask if this was E&H Concrete. It took him a moment to decide whether or not to admit such. After I told him about the job he hemmed and hawed, then finally decided I was out of his service area. I just hung up on him.

+ -1 moreTheir service is great. They were prompt. They provided drawings and sketches based on the ideas that I gave them. They did the work when they said they would. They were flexible.
Description of Work: They tore out an old patio and put in a new concrete patio. They also replaced a concrete sidewalk.

Description of Work: E & H Concrete, the owner Mr. Ezequiel Echeveste came out and had given me an estimate on the project. I need to have my patio total replaced. The price was Good, I also asked for a price on the sidewalk of the house. Mr. Echeveste, stated the gate was in the way. The job would be harder to do. I felt that a better deal could have be given regarding both jobs. Mr. Echeveste, started communicating and texting me with no problem. We had to revised the contact due to nothing is agreed verbally. I wanted to make sure the contract was right, along with I had several/many questions for Mr. Echeveste. I believe Mr. Echeveste didn't want the project and just didn't know how to say so. I never did sign the contract, we were suppose to get together again to finalize everything. We had to reschedule do to the rain and another time he never got back with me the following weekend. I have all the email to proof these dates that I stated, except August 20th, because the 20th was verbal. The schedule dates to start project were July 13th, 18th, 22nd & the last schedule date was August 20th I called into Service Magic. Service Magic also phone Mr. Echeveste to tell him that I had the money and the August 20th was my final date. After calling and texting Mr. Echeveste several times. I decided he's not the only man who does concrete. I've had both my patio and sidewalk completed for a less expensive price than what Mr. Echeveste had given me. Mr. Echeveste still has not called or texted me back yet. Sometimes we don't know why things happenned. Thanks to E & H Concrete, the owner Mr. Ezequiel Echeveste who STOPPED communicating with me. IT WAS TRULY A BLESSING. The other concrete company did an amazing job for a much better price. All my neighbors have ask for the comapny card! I'M TRULY HAPPY!!! Thank you Jesus!
