+ -1 moreJim came over two times. Didn't get the job done. Claimed after the second visit that he had worked for 9 hours. We questioned that but he claimed that he kept meticulous records so we paid him for 9 hours ($75 per hour plus supplies). After he left realized that we could check our security cameras to verify the hours he had worked. It was really only 5 hours. We called him 5 additional times to have him finish the job and he never showed up. Not an honest person! Don't use him!

+ -1 moreJim went right to work upon arriving. He was very helpful with suggestions on height of light as well. Most reasonable priced contractor as well. Already have process for additional work to be completed!
Description of Work: called him yesterday and here today. Needed 7 light fixtures installed and an outside outlet replaced.

+ -1 moreHe did an excellent job. He got all these items mentioned above all working within about a 40-minute span. It was amazing how quickly he worked. Everything that needed addressed was working beautifully when he left (and still is).
Description of Work: I had a variety of jobs -- en electric ceiling light.fan wouldn't light; I wanted a dimmer switch put in an upstairs bathroom; a hallway sconce had "blown out,: a switch to the garbage disposal was faulty; and a bedroom light wouldn't respond to the remote control.
