Darwyn did an excellent job. After 3 other estimates for this job telling us it couldn't be done or we would have to rip apart our basement ceiling for $3000+, Darwyn not only was able to complete our request, but he did it in a timely manner and without destroying the rest of our house.

This service was part of our home warranty. The gentleman that came out from Darwyn's Plumbing (I believe the owner) arrived on time, was very professional and did quality work. He suggested a product (Bio-Clean) that would help prevent problems with the new disposal and our existing plumbing. He did not push the sale but explained in detail why he suggested the product and how it worked. He seemed to sincerely care about the quality of his work.

Our experience with Darwyn's Plumbing was absolutely terrific. The receptionist, Monica, was extremely polite and helpful. When Darwynn and Jay arrived, they were professional, friendly, and made me feel at ease right away. They wore uniforms and presented a professional appearance. Without being asked, they popped on shoe covers before they set foot in my house, which made an immediate positive impression on me. They looked at my hot water heater, they were not scared at all (have you ever had a plumber come in your house, scratch their head, and say and quot;I've never seen that one before.)? Not Darwyn and Jay. They were very respectful of our concerns, explained everything to me about the appropriate size water heater for a home our size with three bathrooms and four people living in it. They explained how the anode works in a water heater, and how a water softener system can be h****** a water heater. They laid cardboard down in my laundry room to protect our floors while they installed the water heater. They cleaned out my dryer vent, and installed the new faucet in my kitchen with no problem. They left my laundery room cleaner than it was before they came, and they also calked my kitchen sink! The company also provided us with a water sensor that will alarm if there is ever any moisture coming out of our new water heater. They truly provided outstanding customer service, I would use them again (and noone else!) and definitely will recommend them to all of my friends for their plumbing needs. They also offer a Plumbing Club membership to come back and check our water heater and plumbing throughout the house once a year, as well as checking and cleaning our air conditioning unit. They also do kitchen and bathroom remodeling, but I can't rate those services yet. Two thumbs up for Darwynn's Plumbing, it was truly a pleasure doing business with them!
