It took approximately four days to complete the work. I think overall this company did a good job.

We are very happy with our shed. All work was done in a professional, timely manner, and their attention to detail was excellent. We will have them back for any carpentry projects in the future.

Sean's crews arrived on schedule as weather allowed and completed the work in the contract on a timely basis. There were no glitches in the excavation or the concrete work and framing began on time. The house was enclosed and roofed in a reasonable period of time, with one small window problem with the supplier. Sean's people worked with the supplier to remedy the problem in short order. The only other problem came when the electrical sub-contractor ran the underground service line to the wrong power pole at the road, and that problem was resolved with no additional expense to me. The remainder of finishing work was either done by my wife and me or we sub-contracted it to other firms in the area. Ours was an unusual situation and I do not recommend it to any one unfamiliar with construction. At the time we built, I had 20+ years experience in the field. After living in the house for five years, we have found no problems with the work in the Sean Adams contract and we would recommend them to any one building a home from scratch.

No estimates were provided. They took forever to get back to me, and once they did get back to me, they gave me a number for another company. They didn't seem interested in such a small job.

We were very pleased at every step of the process. Any delays were beyond Sean's control. We were kept informed and always welcome to visit site for progress and inspection. All the work is exceptional. Any of the little things that you find after you've been in the house for awhile were quickly and thoroughly addressed. There were very very few things that needed attention. All the people working with Sean were very pleasant and easy to work with. They have a great team and are truly craftsmen. We would recommend to anyone. After the house was completed we had them also replace a separate garage. It had to be put on the old slab - but raised up several inches because of the slope and drainage. they did a wonderful job of making it work well with the house and solve some unique issues with the structure.

I would use this in the future. they performed as expected. they were professional through the project I would use them in the future for any further work. I would also recommend them to my friends.

I was very pleased with them. I would use them again. The quality and price of their work stands out. The people that I dealt with were awesome at what they were doing.
