I thought the people I dealt with were all very nice but the work was not that great. First issue is they said they were 2-3 weeks out but it ended up taking 6 weeks. Not the biggest deal since I was still doing some electrical work but it would have been nice to know they were running behind. They said it would take 2 days. After day 1 things looked ok and stuff seemed to be moving along. After day 2 things looked a little dirty and unfinished. There were a lot of spots that obviously still needed to be sanded , mesh tape visibly, missed spots, gouges, etc. I thought maybe they just needed an extra day and left. I came to check on the work the next day (Friday) and everything looked the same. I only had a few minutes to check on the work but there were a lot of flaws. When I finally came back a few days later to fully check the work and I kept finding flaws. Lots of pock marks, lines, gouges, rough spots, lumps, mesh tape showing through, and other stuff that was obviously going to show through when I paint. I would estimate at least 50% of their fixes were not finished. The clean up they did was not that great either and there were a lot of mud drops on the hardwood floors I had to scrape off, mud smear on the kitchen cabinets, and big blob of mud on a windowsill. It really looked like they rushed through the second day. I took a few pictures and sent it to them but did not hear anything until the next day. It might just be a coincidence but they did not call me back until after a friend cancelled their scheduled work with them after seeing what they did at my house. They did come back the next Saturday to fix things and it looked better so I paid but when I was there today the sunlight was hitting it just right and I noticed a few areas that still need to be sanded. Luckily the painters said they will prep the walls and can fix anything that is left over so I am not going to bother to have the patch boys back out anymore.

David helped me to find a solution to my problem. He helped to find a material that matched my existing siding that was economical and practical. The work was done quickly and done well. When it was finished, everything was speedily cleaned. Thanks!

I scheduled a 7:00 am appointment I got a text 5 minutes prior to 7 saying that he somehow thought the time window was for 10-1 and that he just got off his full-time job as if that matters but then stating if he could come at 1 pm very unprofessional especially after time and date was confirmed with the office and contractor.

Kevin was very professional, courteous and understanding person. Always responded to phone calls and any questions I had. He had good team that did the job satisfactory. On the other side, the job has become so specialized that while installing the dry wall of the ceiling, if a crack is noticed on the connecting drywall of the wall, it will not be informed nor repaired as it is not in the contract. I had to hire another guy to do the repair in drywall of the wall before painting. I still recommend him to get the job done. I still have to see how Kevin responds to phone calls about any issues, if at all arise later.

When I called on Friday, I was able to get the work done by Monday, thought I would have to wait weeks. Workers did a great job and would use them again. Cleaned up after they were done and taping looks wonderful. Were on time both days which is important to me.

i call patch boys for repair of drywall in bathroom due to leaking tube drain from unit above me , they came out to give me estimate on repairs and the were very reasonable price they came out to do the work they were right on time with appointment never late they did a fabulous job i would highly recommend them to friends and family i give them 5+rating on quality of work i cannot thanks them enough for the drywall repair
