Description of Work: I paid for a roof inspection and tune up. The roofers did some very minor repairs (less than 20 minutes) to some part of the gutter and fascia on my house. More importantly, they inspected my roof and showed me the poor condition in a way that I could understand and see with my own two eyes. They also discussed the repairs needed to correct the problems and volunteered to assist me in speaking to my insurance company in filing/proving a claim. |They were polite, professional, and appeared trustworthy. I would/will probably use them when I get the roof repaired. I cannot comment otherwise on the quality of service and such as they have not done anything significant for me as if yet. Thus some of the 'C' ratings. The estimated cost of the future services is $6,000+

Photographs were taken so that I would completely understand everything they found and what they did to correct it. After the inspection, they spent quite a lengthy amount of time discussing options that I have and what I should do. Seeing that my major problem did not turn out to be a roofing problem, it was really appreciated. Kudos to all of their help and advice!!!!

Description of Work: Roof inspection. Contacted us within 24 hours and made appointment to inspect attic and roof. Oscar was professional and thorough.

Description of Work: We had severe ice and hail damage to our home from both last winter (thanks to the polar vortex) and in the summer due to that terrible hail storm. Arturo and his team were simply amazing. They explained the process of the work to be done with a very thorough question and answer session as they worked from our insurance carrier's inspection report. Their crews were very skilled and diligent. They took care of our home like it was their own. A score of "A" is not high enough to give. As a lawyer working in the construction industry my standards for quality of workmanship and someone's word and integrity are very high. Progressive and Arturo and his men deserve my highest praise. Thanks to them my house has been repaired, roof and gutters replaced, soffits restored to look like the original (my home was built 1923 so they built tongue in groove wood slats to measure and hand stained them all), and we are very relieved. I will be hiring them again if the need arises.

Description of Work: I am giving this company a great rating because they responded to my inquiry quickly and professionally. In addition, Oscar followed up by both phone and email. I used another company, but it was due to timing. I would definitely call this company again and give them an opportunity to bid on work.

Description of Work: Nothing! He didn't show or call! I made an appmnt on Thurs, 10/17/14 for an estimate @10a on 10/21/14. Oscar (he says) didn't come or call to reschedule. He said he'd come during the evening; it's 3pm, & I still haven't heard from the guy. I paid Angie's list cause I thought there was accountability w/ the service providers?!

Description of Work: He came as a purchase of a "big deal" to caulk and inspect the roof. I also asked him to find the reason for leaking in two areas which he said would be over $500 to repair in addition to the $99 I already paid for the deal . He caulked a pipe exhaust but left flashing nails untouched in the area of the main leak. His estimate entailed replacing a window channel and needed siding removed to do it. I got another estimate which fixed the issue with only caulking for $200. I am not sure why it was such a huge difference between his estimate and the one that actually fixed the issue so easily.

Description of Work: THEY CAME AND INSPECTED THE ROOF, FINDING LOOSE ITEMS IN THE GUTTER. (LEFT BY A PREVIOUS ROOFER.) THEY MADE RECOMMENDATIONS TO ADDRESS THE PROBLEM WE ARE HAVING.
