Description of Work: We contacted Progressive for a roof tune-up and ended up using them to replace the roof, gutters and siding. Our only complaints are communication and the timeline. Arturo was great, but did not always contact us when he indicated he would and when the project is variable due to weather this is important! We were originally quoted 1 day for the roof and 3 days for siding and gutters. The roof did take 1 day, but the siding and gutters took 6! We were never told why the job took so long, but we do assume it was because of the size of the crew and their methods, which did not seem to be be efficient as other crews in the neighborhood. All that being said the work looks great.

Description of Work: Initially just a roof inspection but they did find some old hail damage and after assisting with our insurance carrier they replaced our entire roof and all the gutters. They also did some minor repairs to some of our siding and the top of our chimney. Their work was excellent and timely. I did give them a B in responsiveness because of a reaming issue with a solar attic fan. Right after the roof replacement we noticed the solar aspect of the fan was not operating. They did come out and inspect but as yet there has not been a resolution. It seems to me that the solar panel itself may have been damaged and may need to be replaced. Other than that I'd give them straight A's.

Description of Work: Arturo came out from Progressive Roofing and Construction within the time range for the appointment. He nailed down the nails and caulked around the chimney. He took pictures of the roof so that we could see what actually needed to be repaired. There was no hard sell. He gave a time frame within which the work needed to be done. Would call again.

Description of Work: Ray was very professional and adequately assessed our roof. Very honest about what shape the roof is in and how much longer it might last. No pressure to purchase a new roof at all. He also caulked and renailed many shingles.

Description of Work: Arturo and Oscar were very professional and I had a very pleasent experience with them when I needed a new roof for my house. They were very flexible where they came to do the roof sooner because there was rain foretasted for the actual day they where planning on coming. They also finished the 2400 sq ft roof in about 8 hours and I was very please with the final results. I highly recommend Progressive for your roofing needs!

Description of Work: Arturo came out on the 15th of this month and fix the shingles that need to be repair and took picture to show me what was happening to my roof and that when a good winds come I may see some more shingles on the ground, that they use staples instead of nail which they would have cover over to stop the rain from getting in and told me that in about three to five years I might thing of replacing the whole roof, which could cost about 5,000 to 8,000 dollars.

Description of Work: They inspected the roof looking for the source of a leak that we pointed out to them. They came the next day and removed the old roof in that area and replaced it with new roofing. |They went out of their way to accommodate our needs in terms of time. They were very professional and discussed the job with us as they went along allowing us to see the problem and examine their work in fixing it.
