Description of Work: We called Progressive because we had some paint peeling on the ceiling. We weren't sure where the moisture was coming from. We discussed it and Ray thought it might be worth touching up the caulking on the roof. So we had Progressive do the touch up of the caulking. While he was doing the repair he took pictures of the existing caulking which did show openings in the caulk and it was obvious from the pictures this could be the cause. |Ray was very personable and spent a good amount of time explaining and discussing options. If this repair does not fix the problem we will call him back to the room.

Description of Work: Roof inspection and minor sealing. Nice guy but when he was coming down from the upper roof his ladder slipped. He got off the ladder but as the ladder fell down it bent the top gutter (minor) and destroyed and broke off some horizontal hangers on the lower gutter. He apologized and said someone would be out to repair next week. I sent him a text the next week with photo showing water cascading off the damaged gutter and he replied it they would get out there this week. Still not done and never heard from him since. |I am surprised about this because he was also going to quote a new siding and trim project for our house, which I have not received.
