Reach out to service provider serveral times got no response back. Cancelled service

I was pleased that the provider didn't push for a big project. Just the opposite -- their inspector basically said we needed touch-up work. We ended up postponing that.

I did not go. Not at all. Almost one month later and this company hasn't even had the decency to contact me and tell me they weren't interested in working for me. This is the second time I have tried to take advantage of emailed offers from angies list and both times I have never wound up getting any response. I'm done trying to take advantage of your email offers. The whole thing leaves a very sour taste in my mouth and gives angie's list a huge black eye to their reputation

They were honest, efficient, and timely. They did a very nice job on my roof.

Went on roof, gave an overprice for new boots which I had done elsewhere for 1/4 their price. Never did hammer in loose nails. Did nothing for the money. Wanted to cut some branches near the roof from a lilac bush for a price. Totally worthless waste of my money.

Work was done very well and workers were friendly.

I didn't have to pay any more. I can't go up on the roof, so I don't know what they did. I really don't know if they did anything, it was kind of fast. My overall experience was good. They were on time. One person came out to do the service. It took him about an hour to complete the service. He left the area clean.

We corresponded in November and they agreed to do the estimate. Nothing every came. I contacted them again through Angie's list in December. Still nothing.

He did something and then he went up there and he took some pictures and he’s supposed to email me the pictures back and he didn’t because when he did the work, I wasn’t at home so I guess he didn’t want to come back or whatever so I didn’t feel obliged to respond. He did stop a leak that we had but he said that there were a few other issues going on that he had pictures of and he didn’t provide those for whatever reason.

I've used them a couple of times. They did an additional roof repair for me so that was an extra $570 for total repair. They did minor repair on my roof. Price was reasonable.

Very well - could not have asked for better service

The $99 special will pay for the initial inspection if you already know what is needed don't hire them to come and do it. Find somebody who will go up and fix it, not re-inspect it. It's an error on my side as well not knowing the ins/outs of this field.

First, PR didn't respond when I called to use my purchased Angie's List coupon for a roof check-up. Then, after I contacted them again and they finally did come for the check up, I asked for a follow-up estimate which was also not forthcoming as it was "lost in the shuffle". By the time, after following up, I did get the estimate, I decided to forget about it. This was a good thing, because the next provider did the work for about $2000 less.

They did excellent work and were very professional.

It went very well. Oscar asked if I had any issues and I showed him a watermark on the 2nd floor hallway ceiling. I asked if the attic fan could have anything to do with the leak and he said he would check it out when he did the inspection. As it turned out he showed me a picture of a screw that had loosened (4) that was fastening the attic fan and it seemed like the water was seeping into the spaces around the screws. He corrected this. He also told me I had a few more years left on my roof. I liked his service so well that he will be installing gutters and downspouts on my garage.

They did an excellent job and I am really pleased with the work and the cost.

They did some patch work and it appears to be a good job.

They didn’t come when they said they were going to come.

The service tech was on time, went straight to work and did a great job. He did not try to sell me anything extra, gave me a list of repairs needed, all were minor and cleaned up before leaving. He did a great job!

Spoke with Oscar on 10/11/16, stated that he would call me back and let me know if they could go by and look at the gutters since I am at work during the day. Never hear back from Oscar (10/13/16). Based on prior reviews, I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. I was wrong!
