Description of Work: checked my roof for small leaks. It went well, after several heavy rain storms, have not noticed any more leaks in the roof.

Description of Work: Service provider promised a report and suggestions to repair a couple areas but never followed through and sent the email he had promised. I contacted provider two more times and he never followed through.

Description of Work: They fixed the botched, leaking roof-job we had "fixed" last year and also replaced a structural piece to the door that was leaking through. They did great work and fast! A big crew came with all their own equipment and knew exactly what they were doing.

Description of Work: At first the roof was delayed for months due to rain and paperwork screw ups. They apologized and asked if there was anything else they could do to make it up to me. I did have a few things that I needed done like a window bump-out that needed to be wrapped and a chimney that needed siding. They finished the roof early in the morning on the second day and spent the rest of the day on all the extra projects I needed finished. They did a fantastic job and certinally made up for any delay on their end. I respect a company that does not have a problem admitting their mistakes and then making up for them.

Description of Work: Progressive roofing did not arrive when promised on the 7th. After speaking to them they apologized and rescheduled and arrived on the 9th. Arturo did an inspection and promised a quote for some possible work in the future. Since they only did an inspection after speaking to Arturo he said inspections are free as noted on his business card and their website and I did deserve a refund of the $99.00 I paid for the services not performed. Description of Work: My roof was inspected and the inspector recommended that I remove a tree that was rubbing on the roof and siding. He was honest about the quality and gave me information I needed that provided peace of mind in regard to the health of my roof.

Description of Work: I don't know who's at blame here but when a purchased this roofing tune up I know a had a single asphalt shingle that needed to be replaced. I have replacement shingles. The special has a photo of someone nailing a shingle to a roof. When Progressive came out they told me that the special does not include replacing shingles and that they could send a crew out for several hundred dollars. I had used a similar roofing special in the past from C R Ebert Roofing and it did include replacing a shingle at a total cost of $99.
